Two kinds of matching, two different ranges
Which one you apply for depends on whether your destination is another province or somewhere inside your own.
Inter-province personnel exchange (transfer out)
You leave the province where you work for a different one. Once you move, you do not return to your previous province.
Internal transfer matching
You move to a different workplace within the same province. Register your preferred area and school level, and we find a teacher heading the opposite way.
Elementary matches with elementary, secondary (middle and high school combined) with secondary, and the subject must be identical.
Counseling, nutrition, health and library are the exceptions: they can match across elementary and secondary.
Preferred area (province + district), preferred school level, subject, and first to third choices.
Matching runs automatically on a set round, and results are sent by email.
